Terms of Service

These terms govern travel packages sold by lumzivantage.com to travellers departing from Ukraine and constitute a public offer accepted at booking.

1. Operator identification

2. Booking and contract

These terms form a public offer under Цивільний кодекс України (ст. 633, 641, 642). The contract is concluded when you confirm a booking and we send an electronic confirmation, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію».

Prices are stated in UAH; if another currency is displayed, the UAH amount calculated at the invoice-date rate prevails. Inclusions and exclusions for each package are listed on the offer and in the confirmation.

3. Changes, cancellation and refunds

  • Change requests depend on availability and any supplier fees.
  • Cancellations must be sent to contact@lumzivantage.com; eligible refunds are paid within 30 days to the original payer.
  • Services not used voluntarily are not refundable.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів».

4. Licensing and financial guarantees

For package travel, the operator holds the state licence required by Закон України «Про туризм». The licence number, financial guarantee or insurance details, and the description of contracted services are supplied with the booking documents.

5. Advertising and information

Promotional materials comply with Закон України «Про рекламу»: they are truthful, identifiable and do not misrepresent price, inclusions or availability.

6. Personal data and cookies

Personal data are processed for booking and support on the lawful bases set out in our Privacy Policy, including the data-subject rights notice required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних». Cookies and tracking scripts are used with a consent mechanism.

7. Claims and governing law

Send claims to contact@lumzivantage.com; we reply within 30 days. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
